Thousands of girls under the age of 18 are ensnared into lives of prostitution annually, according to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children. Many are runaways or “throwaways” trapped in “the oldest profession” by pimps who sell them using modern sales and marketing techniques, including the online classified website Backpage.com.

If you see evidence of child trafficking or child sexual abuse, report it to ChildHelp USA National Child Abuse Hotline, 1-800-422-4453.   If the legal system does not provide adequate protection for a child, contact Justice for Children at (713) 225-4357 or http://justiceforchildren.org

‘Cover-up’ over VIPs who abuse children in care POLICE chiefs are turning a blind eye to members of the Establishment abusing children in care (Day 9 of 19 Days of Activism)

Dome, United States Capitol, Washington D. C.

From London to Washington DC, Child Protective Services agencies have unofficial policies to cover up child abuse by VIPs.   In London, a whistleblower said he was warned by his superiors not to investigate suspected paedophiles, including a senior politician and a judge.  He said the justice system was “corrupt” and “rotten to the core” and told how vulnerable boys and girls as young as nine were plied with heroin and raped by rich and powerful men.  “There is a massive cover-up going on and those who are abusing children are being protected by the powers that be.

He said that “When I was investigating abuse at low levels, street prostitution, everything was fine but as soon as the evidence started taking me to a higher level, I was told to wind my neck in and not go any further.  Among the names given to me by abuse victims were a former Cabinet minister and a judge who had been handing paedophiles soft sentences. I was warned by a senior officer to back off and it has to be because the clients of these children were very well-connected people.”

“Trying to secure a charge of procuring a child for prostitution is no good because you are asking the child to give evidence against their boyfriend, dealer, employer and they are not going to do it.

Ariana-Leilani is a victim a similar coverup by Washington DC Child and Family Services, the DC Public School System and Medstar Health’s Georgetown University Hospital.   It is unfortunate that children of the District of Columbia must suffer to accommodate the sick perversions of those in power in the US Nation’s capital — and the officials in charge cover it up.  No doubt, to protect its politicians who abuse children is a major reason the United States is the only developed country that has failed to ratify the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.

Help fight this coverup in the United States, sign the petition to save 10 year old Ariana-Leilani.

Jordan’s Queen Noor presses U.S. to reduce nuclear stockpile

English: A crop of a photo of Queen Noor of Jo...

Insisting “every nuclear weapon is a catastrophe waiting to happen,” Queen Noor of Jordan told Yahoo News on Tuesday that President Barack Obama must make good on a pledge he made in Prague in April 2009 to reduce the U.S. nuclear weapons stockpile. The queen said it was incumbent on the United States to work in concert with Russia to reduce both countries’ nuclear arsenals in a process that could then coax other nuclear states to begin to disarm as well.

Georgetown University Hospital Has History of Involvement with CIA Drug Experimentation

Central Intelligence Agency Seal

A long forgotten 1977 article in the New York times, reveals that the Central Intelligence Agency partnered with institutions, including Georgetown University Hospital, to test drugs on unwitting patients.  The CIA even contributed 375,000 towards construction of a GUH building.    The relationship was exposed through efforts of Senator Ted Kennedy of Massachusetts.

Georgetown University is also the school which the lawyer who is fighting to prevent Ariana-Leilani from getting a second opinion graduated, and also that of his own father.  A position at Georgetown University was used as cover for the father when he was in the CIA, as highlighted in his book, King’s Counsel

With the USA Failing to Ratify the 20 Year Old UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, Can You Fault Putin?

Vladimir Putin - World Economic Forum Annual M...

President Vladimir Putin on Friday signed a law banning Americans from adopting Russian children.    Putin accused the United States of “acting brazenly and arrogantly” by allegedly refusing Russian officials access to adopted children who were reported to be harmed by their new US families.

The USA has done the same with Ariana-Leilani, where the German Government has requested an independent medical and psychological examination and life saving medicine for Ariana-Leilani, but the USA has refused to do so.

Putin cited Israel as an example of a country that does not send its children abroad despite domestic concerns about the security situation there.  The Israelis “always fight for their national identity”, said Putin. “They form a single fist and fight for their language and their culture.”

With the United States failing to ratify the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, and specifically ignoring 9 year old German-American Ariana-Leilani’s right to health, can you blame Putin?

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: Ariana-Leilani Coalition

The people of St. Petersburg, Russian, took up the fight to help save Little Peace Ambassador Ariana-Leilani for the United Nations International day of prevention of violence and abuse against children and youth (19 November)

With The National Alexander Theater as a backdrop on Nevsky street, the people of St. Petersburg formed international bonds of humanity and compassion with  9-year old Ariana-Leilani to show their support for Ariana-Leilani, who was thousands of miles away in Washington, DC.   Ariana-Leilani continues to be denied life-saving medicine and  treatment for her life-threatening very rare blood and bone marrow disease, Severe Chronic Neutropenia.

As the line grew for more to leave their messages and pictures of support, the  beautiful city  square, overcast with clouds, raining on this cold winter day, was filled with the compassion, humanity, well-wishes and pictures from shoppers, tourists, workers, children, and families.  They each placed over a  hundred messages of humanity, compassion, support and love that filled the squares on the banner for Ariana-Leilani.

The event was sponsored by International Youth for Human Rights Russia and the Ariana-Leilani Children’s Foundation International with the permission and support of the local Russian Government. Both organizations educate about human rights. The international youth for human rights volunteers gave out flyers on the Human Right Number 1: “The Right to Life”, along with the 30 human rights of the UN Declaration of Human Rights.
