Help Find Ariana-Leilani

From Ariana-Leilani’s Mother:

On this mother’s day I asked…
Where is Ariana? How is Ariana?
She told me she was afraid for her life.
How is it possible that this child can not get help from neither the USA or Germany officials.

Ariana-Leilani Margarita Alexanda King-Pfeiffer my now 18 year was last seen with her father, Michael Hebert Pfeiffer a German citizen in Washington, DC.

Ariana has not been heard or physically seen by any family or friends, or school colleagues since March 2020 since isolated because of COVID-19 lockdown.

“Where is Ariana?” “Bring her home”!

Prevalence and clinical significance of neutropenia discovered in routine complete blood cell counts: a longitudinal study

IMG_3349In a study by C. L. Andersen, et. al, published in the Journal of Internal Medicine, it was revealed that with regard to neutropenia :

  1. Neutropenia, defined as an absolute blood neutrophil count (ANC) <1.5 G L, may accompany a variety of diseases. However, the clinical significance of neutropenia detected in a routine complete blood cell count is poorly understood.
  2. Using a primary care resource, comprising more than 370 000 individuals, we assessed the association with a number of previously recognized conditions as well as all-cause mortality in the 4 years following the identification of neutropenia. By matching laboratory data with Danish nation-wide health registers, risk estimates were assessed.
  3. Neutropenia was observed in approximately 1% of all individuals and was associated dose dependently with viral infections, haematological malignancies (but not autoimmune disorders or solid cancers) and mortality.

The conclusion was that:

The lower the ANC, the greater the likelihood of these diseases. The relative risk estimates observed for severe neutropenia corresponded to absolute risks of haematological malignancies and mortality from any cause of 40% and >50%, respectively.

In other words, a low ANC cannot be ignored, and requires thorough investigation until the underlying condition causing the low ANC is determined and addressed.

Washington DC Area: Child Porn and Abuse Capital of the US

The prevalence of child abuse and using children in porn videos in the United States is of epidemic proportions.   This abuse is coming from people who are close to the children, not strangers.  Fathers, doctors, teachers, school aides, police, etc. all have been involved of instances of abuse and child porn production — not only violating basic decency, but also a child’s trust in those who they should be able to trust.  Almost every day, there is another case of such abuse revealed.  Two cases came to light in just the past few days.

In the first case, a school side, a 22-year-old man, was arrested after he allegedly filmed children performing sex acts on each other at a Maryland elementary school, police say.   Deonte Carraway allegedly “videotaped sexual acts between minors during the school day” at Judge Sylvania Woods Elementary School in Glenarden, where he was a volunteer teacher’s assistant, the Prince George’s County Police Department said in a news release.  A relative of one of the victims found a nude photo on the child’s cell phone that was sent to Carraway through a social messaging app, according to the news release.  Investigators have identified at least ten victims ranging in age from 9 to 13, according to the news release. Carraway is believed to have “targeted the victims,” the document adds.

Police say they have uncovered 40 videos showing the young children performing sexual acts on each other or alone at the direction of Carraway. He is also believed to have sexually abused some of the children, according to the news release.  The alleged videos were filmed at the school, a municipal center, aquatic center, and in private homes, police say.   Carraway allegedly admitted to his involvement in manufacturing and producing the child pornography, according to the news release. He was charged with ten counts of child pornography, sexual abuse of a minor, and a second-degree sexual offense.

In the second case,  social workers were sent to a home to investigate the man, a licensed foster parent who was later found to be involved with one of the worst child pornography rings. He lived in a two-bedroom house with two adopted sons, a preteen boy for whom he was seeking guardianship, and a neighborhood teenager who had moved in after an argument with his parents.  When questioned, the children denied the abuse. But the tipster, it seemed, had been at least half right. Searching the man’s computer, social workers found two photos of children, unrelated to the parent, posing in their underwear. The pictures had been taken by one of the foster parent’s friends, one of the boys said. Sometimes they spent time with that friend, the boy said.   To these social workers, these underwear pictures were concerning, but they were not concerning enough. Social workers classified the investigation as “inconclusive,” then closed their inquiry, according to Riverside County court documents.  The boys were left in the man’s home. His foster license was left intact.

Today, that same parent, John David Yoder, sits behind bars, a suspect in what officials have called one of the worst child pornography rings in Southern California in recent years. Yoder and three other suspects have been accused of victimizing as many as 15 children in Desert Hot Springs, including some of the boys that lived with him. Yoder was arrested in February as result of a separate investigation by law enforcement in Nevada. The charges he now faces are nearly identical to the allegations that were reported to the Riverside County Department of Public Social Services shortly before Christmas.  If social workers had acted differently in December, the boys in Yoder’s home could have been rescued six weeks earlier.

Like in Ariana-Leilani’s case, government officials are notorious for ignoring signs of abuse and neglect.

Manhattan Dentist Is Arrested on Drug and Child Pornography Charges, and Sex with Animals

According to a drug dealer’s claims in the criminal complaint filed by the FBI, a prominent Manhattan dentist Dr. Wolf told him “that he was actively involved in underground sex parties at various locations in New York City, including in Brooklyn, where participants would engage in sexual intercourse with animals.”    The dealer also said that Dr. Wolf had shown him videos “of infants and toddlers being sexually abused by adults,” including images of infants and toddlers being raped by men, according to the complaint.   The drug dealer had been arrested at Kennedy International Airport in March when he told the authorities that he had been swapping methamphetamine for Dr. Wolf’s dentistry.

Washington DC is also known for similar underground sex parties where children are abused.   However, DC Child and Family Services refuses to take on this problem, which often implicates powerful individuals in Washington, DC.   Child protection officials often given doctors and powerful individuals a “free pass” when it involves child pornography and child abuse.

Pakistan Arrests Father Over ‘Planned Sale’ Of Daughter Into Prostitution

Pakistan Arrests Father Over ‘Planned Sale’ Of Daughter Into Prostitution

Police in Pakistan have arrested a man for arranging to sell his 12-year-old daughter into prostitution in a case that highlights the dramatic abuses inflicted on women and children in some segments of society.

The father, who is in custody, acknowledges handing over two of his daughters in the past but insists that he merely hoped to give away Nushin in the “name of God.”

Police allege that Khan had agreed, via a broker, to sell Nushin for 200,000 rupees to two men from Punjab Province hundreds of kilometers to the southeast.

Each of the suspects could face up to 25 years in prison, if found guilty.

Nushin, who has been placed along with her brother under police protection, tells RFE/RL’s Radio Mashaal that her father previously sold her mother and two older sisters.

“I already lost my mother and two sisters,” she says, shakily fighting to hold back tears. “Now he tried to sell me to two Punjabi men. I don’t know what they would have done with me.”

Unfortunately, this is happening all over the world, including the United States.

Girl With Rare Blood Disorder Works to Inspire Others

Kara Loader is just like any sixth grade girl. She’s been playing the violin for seven years, loves softball, and says she’s really good at school. She’s a huge Taylor Swift fan, and she has a lot of friends. But something sets Kara apart from her friends and classmates, though it’s nothing you’d be able to see on the outside.

11-year-old Kara has been battling severe congenital neutropenia since birth. Neutropenia is a rare blood disorder, meaning her body doesn’t make enough neutrophils in her white blood cells. So when Kara gets sick, or even gets a cut, her body may not fight off the infection as quickly.

Kara has to be extra cautious and carry a medical kit with her at school, and when she gets really sick, Kara visits a hematology and oncology specialist at the Cleveland Clinic. She takes a shot of neupogen every day, which helps her build her neutrophils. However, she has to watch how much she takes, because the drug increases the risk of developing leukemia.

Kara has become a bit of a celebrity of her own in the neutropenia community. She said her video inspired a woman in her 30’s to talk about the disorder for the first time .”She always thought that it wasn’t okay, like, it wasn’t normal to tell people that you actually have it. And she said that my video actually gave her the courage to tell it to other people,” Kara said.

Kara said she has one message for anyone else battling neutropenia: “I would tell them everything’s going to be okay.” Kara and her family remain in contact with families they have encountered in the hospitals and at a yearly conference for neutropenia.

Ariana-Leilani also has suffered from neutropenia.   Sign her petition to assure she gets proper treatment and protection from abuse.

Child Abusers Among the Medical Community

In the US, doctors typically get automatic respect that most other members of society do not.   As a result, they often get a “free pass” for violating the law, particularly when it comes to sexual abuse of children.

However, a Cambodian court was not as impressed, and convicted a Syracuse ER Doctor of child sexual abuse.  He had traveled to Cambodia for charity.   That ER doctor spent 18 months in prison in Cambodia.   When the ER doctor came back to the US, the state ordered that he be classified as a sex offender based on his conviction overseas.  He fought that classification, but the Court of Appeals  in NY upheld the conviction.

Ariana-Leilani and Other Children of Washington DC Need Protection

Ariana-Leilani

In a recent letter to the Editor of the Washington Post, a Marie Cohen, a social worker, writes about the failures of DC’s Child and Family Services (CFSA) and missing child Relisha Rudd’s, who before she went missing, had been subjected to sexual abuse right under the nose of the Washington DC CFSA (its child protection agency):

Relisha’s family was known to the CFSA. The family had been the subject of several reports. There were numerous indications that the family was in trouble. Relisha’s brothers had frequent behavior problems at school, often a sign of trouble at home. School staff reported numerous warning signs, such as Relisha missing more than 30 days of school, Relisha often arriving for class dirty and Relisha and one of her brothers left waiting at school at the end of the day.

If the CFSA had an open case on the family, a social worker was expected to visit the family at least twice a month. It would have been a social worker’s job to make sure Relisha was okay.

The CFSA has been touting its success in taking fewer children into foster care. The acting director reported proudly this year that 62 percent of the children it serves are at home. That is good news indeed, as long as the children who are with their families are receiving the monitoring and services they need to be safe. Relisha certainly was not.

Like Relisha,  12 year old Ariana-Leilani continues to suffer, but despite clear evidence of abuse and neglect, CFSA refuses to even maintain an open case on her.

Along with almost 5000 signers of Ariana-Leilani’s Petition,  the DC Council and Mayor Bower should take the social workers’ letter seriously, and not only look more closely at Relisha Rudd’s case, but also direct CFSA to maintain an open case for 12 year old Ariana-Leilani.

Chicken That Can Kill

The Trouble with ChickenTo the average person, Salmonella may make the consumer sick, but to a persons with Neutropenia (low immunity) it can be fatal.   As explained in this Frontline expose, Salmonella is present in almost all chicken, and the types now being found in some chicken are resistant to many antibiotics.

Ariana-Leilani’s condition is a ticking time bomb…it is just a matter of time and the District of Columbia government refuses to take action to save her life.
